Introducing Cedric Cartal, an esteemed addition to our culinary team. Chef Cedric's culinary journey commenced in the captivating setting of his grandmother's kitchen, where a deep passion for cooking was instilled. Choosing to pursue a culinary diploma at the 'Des Petites Bruyeres' hotel school near Lyon later in life proved to be a transformative decision. Guided by the mentorship of a seasoned chef and Troisgros alumnus, who ardently upheld the principles of slow food and homemade craftsmanship, Chef Cedric meticulously honed his skills. Life's unpredictable twists led him to Laos, where he immersed himself in the dynamic culinary landscape for an enriching 12 years. Whether crafting culinary delights in prestigious hotels or traditional establishments, Chef Cedric wholeheartedly embraced the diverse flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, elevating his culinary repertoire to new heights. At the core of his culinary philosophy lies a profound love for cooking, an unwavering commitment to homemade excellence, and a dedication to sourcing the freshest, locally produced ingredients.
